Responsibilities
- Must stay on site full-time to supervise the day-to-day on-site supervision of subcontractor and field labor force to ensure the construction progresses as planned with efficient use of resources and still retain high construction quality
- Assist in monitor technical specifications of important aspects of the building. Eg. Wiring diagram, electrical appliance installation, and installation of lightings.
- Review and approve subcontractor payment request
- Conduct quality inspections
- Monitor work progress and material use on site
- Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
- Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings
- Coordinating, directing, and monitoring the activities of subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure conformance with plans, specifications, local and national codes.
- Reviewing project changes in conjunction with the project support team
- Supervise the subcontractor's and vendors’ work to ensure order and safety at the construction site
- Operate details drawing following senior instruction or concept design
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Being attentive to details

- Good communication and people skills
- Excellent motivational and management skills
- Work well under pressure
- Ability to present ideas effectively
- Able to evaluate ideas of others
- Basic understanding of quantity surveyor
