Position Overview
This position is designed for hands-on technical professionals with solid engineering expertise. Based on the front lines in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive on-site technical support for SANY’s diverse range of construction machinery.
核心职责（实战导向）
1.现场排故：独立完成挖掘机、起重机等设备的机械、电气、液压系统故障诊断与深度维修.
2.设备特服：负责新机交付调试、重大项目驻点保障及定期巡检，预防停机风险。
3.一专多能：在精通核心品类的基础上，主动学习并掌握多品类设备的维修技能，实现跨产品线作战。
4.技能进阶：严格执行“服务学习”计划，以考取中级认证为核心目标，冲刺高级认证，将技术实力转化为等级证书。
Key Responsibilities (Action-Oriented)
1.On-site Troubleshooting: Independently diagnose and perform deep repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for equipment such as excavators and cranes.
2.Special Technical Services: Manage new machine commissioning, on-site support for major projects, and regular inspections to mitigate downtime risks.
3.Multi-Product Proficiency: Master maintenance skills across multiple product lines beyond your core expertise to enable cross-functional operations.
4.Skill Advancement: Strictly follow the "Service Learning" program, aiming for Mid-level certification as a core goal and striving for Senior-level certification to validate technical expertise.

Requirements
•Hard Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related engineering fields; minimum 1 year of experience in heavy machinery maintenance; ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
•Soft Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred to communicate technical details directly with local customers; strong work ethic and resilience.
