该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: Job Summary: Engineer for IC final test machine, which include pick place, Tri-temperature testing, high voltage high current testing, and AOI inspection. Ø NPI:
- New machine pre-acceptance and Custom Clearance document preparation
- Prepare the machine setup checklist by risk analysis.
- New machine setup and release, and machine OPL follow up with supplier.
- Define the machine instruction and maintenance plan.
- Define the spare part stock and keep in reasonable stock level.
- Training and guiding service team for machine maintenance
- Co-work with NPI team to setup the production process flow and integrate with MES system.
- Co-work with NPI team to prepare the related CP and FMEA
- Support New product ramp up till SOP. Ø CIP/RPP:
- MTBF/MTTR/MOC owner
- Leading project to improvement the machine KPI performance
- Leading project to reduce machine operation cost.
- Leading project to reduce the quality risk. Ø Maintenance:
- Training and guiding service technician to do trouble shooting and maintenance.
- 2nd level technical support for machine troubleshooting
- Define and update the regular maintenance plan. Job Responsibilities: Ø Owner of final testing equipment. Ø Process improvement, production line support. Ø Trainer of service technician Ø Guiding and leading team to improve the machine performance.
Job Qualification: 6~8 years’ experience in semiconductor equipment Good electrical/mechanical fundamental. Demonstrated trouble shooting skill. Process improvement/localization. Familiar with the vision system
