Job Description s Requirements
- Minimum S1 in Applied Science (Technic), Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Public Health major
- GPA minimum 2.75
- Minimum 3 years experience in SHE Operation in Mining, Oil and Gas, or Construction
Responsibilities
- Deliver SHE and CC training/awareness to complete the training need analysis, refer to PTTU SHE MS procedures and customer requirements.
- Follow up the customer’s Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) requirements and evaluate nonconformity of legal requirement identification to maintain Branch/Site compliance with GO regulation and customer requirements.
- Conduct SHE inspection and observation to review and assist Operation Branch/Site related facilities design concept to comply with Safety and Health requirements, including PPE Matrix, Facility’s Safety Standard and Fire Prevention System.
- Provide gap analysis of GO regulation and QSHE policy, SOP, WIN and ensure all nonconformity is followed up, and all procedures, incident flash and alerts are communicated through Branch.
- Develop Branch/Site’s Objective Target and Program (OTP) and evaluate its progress in the Steering Committee meeting to ensure SHE and CC program is well evaluated for improvement.
- Analyze nonconformity applicable for Branch, identify its root causes and determine the corrective action plan to ensure accident prevention in Branch/Site.
- Conduct health promotion program referring to trend of annual medical check-up results or other references and refer serious medical illness or accident, including Return to Work assessment for Branch/Site.
