Asset Engineering and Maintenance Manager
Min. Bachelor’s degree (S-1) of Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field.
5–10 years of experience in malls, hotels, or Properties/ Developer Company.
Having a BNSP building management certificate is preferred and other related certificates.
Have proof of recorded experience.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Elevator & escalator, Fire safety systems, BMS & utility monitoring, and Civil.
Understanding of building regulations & K3
Able to identification tool malfunction and doing improvement.
Discipline and have a sense of responsibility.
Good communication skill, excellence leadership, problem solving.
Job Description
Identify all of the company’s physical assets, including engineering assets, buildings, facilities, and infrastructure within commercial business units, as well as recreation and sports facilities.
Evaluate the Residential or Commercial Unit’s maintenance program to guarantee actions such as preventive, curative, and predictive maintenance.
Manage the activities of the engineering asset maintenance program, which includes physical buildings and infrastructure.
Performs Condition Assessments (either personally or with the assistance of consultants) to assist in the development of long-range capital plans and budgets.
Evaluate engineering asset replacements, additions, and repairs, including electrical installations, generators, chillers, fire systems, HVAC systems, elevators, escalators, permits, utilities, and more.
Carrying out periodic inspections and resolving problems that arise during inspections.
Conducting technical training & team development.
Evaluating vendor performance and overseeing renovation or improvement projects at the property.
Monitor and check firm documentation, including legal documents and permits, Construction documentation, Maintenance documentation, and Documentation about force majeure and crisis management.
