We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Asset Integrity Manager to join our international team in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset integrity management programs and strategies
- Ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of critical assets and infrastructure
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and integrity evaluations
- Monitor asset condition and develop maintenance and inspection plans
- Lead integrity management projects and coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Analyze integrity data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in asset integrity, reliability engineering, inspection, or maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of risk-based inspection (RBI), corrosion management, and asset lifecycle management
- Familiarity with international standards such as API, ASME, and ISO standards
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
