Assistant manager Operational Excellence :
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Industrial Engineering
- 2+ years of experience applying Lean principles or driving process improvements
- Familiarity with tools like lean and Kaizen. Green Belt certification is a plus.
- Data analysis skills to track KPIs and identify opportunities
- Strong facilitation, communication and project management skills
Responsibilities:
- Define Operational Excellence program and lead continuous improvement initiatives across functions
- Lead teams on projects to optimize processes, productivity or quality
- Facilitate kaizen events and ensure recommended actions are tracked
- Develop documentation and maintain performance metrics
- Audit results and promote sustainable practices
- Report progress, results achieved and lessons learned
- Foster a culture of Operational Excellence organization-wide
