About the Company
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plumbing BIM Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the detail design and development of Plumbing models for coordination and shop drawings for construction and prefabrication, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the representation of plumbing elements. This position requires proficiency in various software tools and a strong understanding of design principles to support project delivery from concept through completion.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using Revit Fabrication and NavisWorks to support project objectives.
- Create and modify detailed shop drawings for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate designs across disciplines.
- Draft construction documents and prepare layouts for mechanical design projects.
- Work with pointclouds to coordinate with existing conditions.
- Conduct quality control checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness before project delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, including 3D animations, to communicate design intent effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
A degree or certification in Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills
- Proficient in BIM software including Revit Fabrication, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Minimum 8 Years' experience.
- Strong understanding of drafting techniques and plumbing/sheet metal/piping design principles and code.
- Experience with creating detail drawings with sections, spools, and isometric views.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to manage multiple projects at a time.
- English: Proficient.
Preferred Skills
- Project Experience: High-Rise Residential, Commercial, Office Fit-Out, Healthcare, Universities.
- Attended or Ran BIM Coordination Meetings in a High Pace Environment.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualification.
