In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), ensuring adherence to BIM standards throughout projects. Collaborating with engineers, consultants, and contractors, you’ll enhance model integrity and team coordination for optimal project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the development and updates of BIM models in Revit
• Coordinate between multiple technical disciplines
• Produce necessary model outputs like drawings and schedules
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans
• Conduct clash detection with effective resolution strategies
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Over 3 years of BIM/VDC experience
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and construction cloud tools
• Solid understanding of BIM workflows and MEP systems
• Strong detail orientation and accuracy in technical tasks
