About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology organization and drive the next phase of innovation and scale. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical depth, with a strong emphasis on building AI-driven products, modern cloud-native platforms, and high-performing engineering teams.
The CTO will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology strategy, delivering scalable and reliable systems, and partnering closely with product and business leaders to translate complex challenges into impactful solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the company’s long-term technology vision aligned with business goals
- Lead architecture decisions across cloud, data, and AI platforms
- Drive innovation through the adoption of AI/ML, automation, and emerging technologies
- Partner with executive leadership to shape product strategy and company direction
Engineering & Delivery Excellence
- Build and lead high-performing, globally distributed engineering teams
- Establish best practices for software development, DevOps, and system reliability
- Drive predictable, high-quality delivery through strong execution frameworks
- Implement metrics-driven engineering culture (SLAs, SLOs, MTTR, etc.)
AI & Data Platform Leadership
- Design and scale AI-first products, including machine learning and generative AI capabilities
- Integrate AI into core workflows to automate decision-making and improve efficiency
- Build robust data platforms to enable real-time analytics and predictive insights
- Establish MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Platform & Architecture
- Lead the development of scalable, cloud-native systems (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security across all platforms
- Drive modernization of legacy systems into modular, API-driven architectures
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems, partners, and enterprise platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to align technology with customer needs
- Translate technical concepts into business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders
- Support enterprise clients and strategic partnerships with technical leadership
QualificationsExperience
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, or similar role in a high-growth environment
- Track record of building and scaling cloud-native platforms
- Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products in production environments
Technical Expertise
- Strong background in system architecture, distributed systems, and API design
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including generative AI (LLMs)
- Familiarity with modern DevOps, CI/CD, and observability practices
Leadership & Communication
- Experience leading and scaling global engineering teams
- Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and transformation
