We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer who enjoys solving machining challenges, improving processes, and helping turn engineering designs into finished parts quickly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop CNC programs using Mastercam, hyperMill, SolidWorks CAM, or similar software
  • Create and optimize toolpaths, cutting strategies, and machining processes
  • Review engineering drawings, models, specifications, and GD&T requirements
  • Support setup, prove-out, and first article activities for new and existing parts
  • Troubleshoot programming, tooling, setup, and machining issues
  • Partner with machinists, engineers, and production leaders to improve quality, cycle times, and efficiency
  • Document setup notes, tooling requirements, and process improvements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across machining operations
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of CNC programming and machining experience
  • Experience programming 3, 4, and/or 5-axis CNC machines
  • CAM software proficiency (Mastercam, hyperMill, SolidWorks CAM, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, tooling, speeds, feeds, and setups
  • Ability to read blueprints, models, specifications, and GD&T
  • Experience with Vericut or similar verification software preferred
  • Experience machining aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, or Inconel preferred
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
