Position Summary
Employbridge is partnering with a manufacturing client to hire an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, improving quality, and building a strong culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy a company-wide continuous improvement strategy aligned with Lean principles
Lead and manage CI projects from concept through execution
Train and mentor teams on Lean and Six Sigma tools in classroom and shop-floor environments
Partner with leadership to establish KPIs, targets, and performance metrics
Use data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
Lead change management efforts and ensure engagement at all levels
Collaborate with Quality and Operations to enhance product and process performance
Track, document, and report progress and results of CI initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
3–5 years of hands-on experience applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Proven success leading continuous improvement initiatives
Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to influence teams and support organizational change
Occasional travel as needed.
