Role Description This remote Data Analyst role focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making across the JobMint AI platform. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various product and user activity sources, and performing exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns. The intern will assist in building basic data models and dashboards, creating reports for product and business teams, and helping evaluate the performance of AI-driven features. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional partners to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and documenting findings in a clear, concise manner. This is an internship role with structured mentorship and opportunities to learn best practices in data analytics in a real-world environment.
What You'll Do
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights.
- Create dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
- Assist in building basic data models.
- Support the evaluation of AI-powered product features.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and a foundation in Data Analytics for exploring datasets, identifying patterns, and generating insights.
- Working knowledge of Statistics to support hypothesis testing, performance measurement, and data-driven evaluations.
- Understanding of Data Modeling concepts for organizing data, building basic models, and supporting
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers or recent graduates (2024, 2025, or 2026) with a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Candidates with knowledge of SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic Statistics.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Python is a plus.
