For a well-known Islamic in Kuwait, we are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines, manage OpenShift platforms, and embed security controls across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). This role bridges DevOps and Security, ensuring scalable, efficient, and compliant delivery pipelines for multi-environment deployments.
Job Description
- Design, implement, and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate automated security checks into build and deployment workflows.
- Support multi-environment deployments (development, staging, production).
- Design and administer OpenShift platforms.
- Manage containerization and orchestration with Docker and OpenShift/Kubernetes.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of systems.
- Embed security controls throughout the SDLC.
- Implement and manage security tools: SAST, DAST, SCA, MAST, container and infrastructure security scanning.
- Automate security testing and compliance reporting.
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain DevSecOps toolchains.
- Integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, BitBucket, Tekton).
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift platform.
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
- Solid knowledge of security tools including SonarQube, Checkmarx, PrismaCloud, HashiCorp Vault, DAST, SCA, and MAST.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Strong understanding of security best practices, frameworks, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP).
