— The Role —
You'll lead one or more engineering teams, aligning technical execution with business strategy as we build a platform that could redefine global manufacturing.
Key responsibilities:
• Set and manage OKRs aligned with product vision and business strategy
• Develop team leads and managers through coaching and structured feedback
• Design org structures to support product and business scaling
• Drive productivity across a bilingual (Japanese/English) engineering org
• Lead engineering hiring and external developer branding
— Requirements —
✅ Leadership experience driving product growth in a development org
✅ Managed multi-team engineering organizations with measurable results
✅ Hands-on software engineering background
✅ Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2)
Nice to have: CTO/VPoE startup experience, multinational team management, agile/scrum, business-level English
