Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the calibration field.
Must be currently residing within the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
Strong ability to work with and understand new equipment and instruments.
Excellent computer skills.
Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
Good knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Ability to understand, interpret, and evaluate numerical data.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate calibrations and testing activities.
Develop new procedures, tools, and methods for testing, calibration, and data analysis.
Ensure all calibration activities are carried out in compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
trong knowledge of electrical measurement principles and calibration techniques.
Experience with low-voltage and high-voltage electrical testing equipment.
Proficiency in calibrating and troubleshooting:
Digital and analog multimeters
Clamp meters
Insulation resistance testers (Megger)
Earth/ground resistance testers
Power analyzers and power quality analyzers
Process calibrators
Electrical safety analyzers
Oscilloscopes
Frequency counters
DC and AC power supplies
Energy and power meters
Current and voltage transformers
Good understanding of AC/DC circuits, electrical protection systems, and power distribution systems.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
Knowledge of electrical standards, measurement traceability, and uncertainty calculations.
Maintain a strong understanding of testing procedures and calibration equipment.
Prepare and maintain calibration records and technical documentation.
