𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘇 is seeking an experienced 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗿𝘆𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 to design, implement, and manage enterprise encryption solutions that safeguard sensitive organizational data across on-premises and cloud environments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cryptographic technologies, key management systems, Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), and data security best practices. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, protecting critical information assets, and maintaining secure encryption operations across the enterprise.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise encryption solutions.
• Manage centralized Key Management Systems (KMS) and encryption policies.
• Administer Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) for secure cryptographic operations.
• Manage encryption key lifecycle processes, including generation, rotation, archival, and destruction.
• Implement and support Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and application-level encryption technologies.
• Develop and enforce encryption standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate management activities.
• Conduct encryption audits and security assessments.
• Apply security patches, firmware upgrades, and updates to encryption platforms.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to strengthen enterprise data protection controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve encryption-related incidents and operational issues.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives including SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and other security frameworks.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in enterprise encryption and data security technologies.
• Hands-on experience with CipherTrust Manager or similar Key Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of cryptography, encryption standards, and key management principles.
• Experience administering Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
• Experience with PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and digital certificates.
• Familiarity with cloud-based encryption services and key management platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
• Experience with Luna HSM administration.
• CISSP, CISM, CEH, or related security certifications.
• Experience with Azure Key Vault and AWS KMS.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with database encryption and cloud security technologies.
