该职位来源于猎聘 Work scope工作范围 The scope of the design team covers mainly life science projects (vessels, piping and skids 3D & 2Ds), as well as some food and beverage vessels.

  • Analyse and critically review the technical content of customer specifications. 分析并关键性审核客户技术规范中的技术内容。
  • Organize, plan and carry out project studies for both vessel & piping, while optimizing quality, costs and deadlines. 组织、规划并执行容器和管道的项目研究，同时优化质量、成本和周期。
  • Manage the design team, assign tasks, monitor progress, and review drawings and calculation documents.

  • Manage subcontractors when needed, with the same level of expectation as for our own team. 需要时管理分包商，以期达到以我们自身同等的结果预期。

  • Ensure designs comply with pressure vessel codes such as GB/T 150, PED 2014/68/EU, ASME VIII, NB/T 47041. 确保设计符合GB/T 150、PED 2014/68/EU、ASME VIII、NB/T 47041 等压力容器标准。
  • Conduct regulatory compliance reviews of design documents; support CE/UKCA certification and local inspection processes. 负责设计文件的法规符合性审查，支持CE、UKCA认证及国内监检流程。
  • Review process associated to ISO9001. 与ISO9001相关的过程评审 Cross-functional collaboration 跨部门协作
  • Do regular project reviews, communicate efficiently and alert on any potential deviation. 定期进行项目审查，高效沟通，并及时提醒任何可能的偏差
  • Communicate with the French headquarters for the scope validation and drawings review. 与法国总部沟通，进行工作范围确认和图纸审查。
  • Support the sales department in preliminary technical proposals and customer clarification. 同销售部门进行前期技术方案报价及客户技术澄清。
  • Work with production, method, and quality teams to resolve design-related issues during manufacturing. 配合生产、工艺、质量部门解决制造中的设计问题。

Technical innovation & standardization 技术创新与标准化

  • Promote key technical improvements such as thin-wall vessels, special heads, internal polishing, and aseptic design. 推进不锈钢薄壁容器、特殊封头、内衬抛光及无菌设计等关键技术优化。
  • Establish standardized design templates, calculation databases, and design change management processes. 建立设计标准化模板、计算数据库及设计变更管理流程。
  • Support implementation of new ‘intelligent’ design software 支持新“智能”设计软件的实现 Qualifications 任职要求 Required必备条件
  • Education: bachelor's degree or above in process equipment & control engineering, mechanical design, material forming, or related fields. 学历专业： 本科及以上，过程装备与控制工程、机械设计、材料成型等相关专业。
  • Experience: 8+ years in pressure vessel design. Having over 3 years of relevant design review experience and relevant achievements. 工作经验： 8年以上压力容器设计经验。具有3年以上相应设计审核经历及相关业绩。
  • Technical Skills: proficient in PV Elite, Compress, SW6, etc.; skilled in Solid works, Auto-CAD, Inventor, etc.; familiar with stainless steel materials (304/316L, duplex, etc.) and processes like welding, polishing, pickling. 技术能力： 精通 PV Elite、Compress、SW6 等计算软件；熟练使用 SolidWorks、Auto-CAD、Inventor 等设计工具；熟悉不锈钢材料特性（304/316L、双相钢等）及焊接、抛光、酸洗等工艺。
  • Code Knowledge: Deep understanding of GB codes, PED, ASME; experience with EU project delivery is preferred. 标准掌握： 深刻理解 PED、ASME、GB 设计规范，有欧盟项目设计交付经验者优先。
  • Soft Skills: Clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, cross-cultural communication awareness, and team management capability. 软技能： 逻辑清晰，责任心强，具备跨文化沟通意识与团队管理能力。
  • Language: Fluent in English reading/writing (able to read technical contracts and standards), minimum spoken English;

语言能力： 英语读写流利（能阅读英文技术合同、标准），口语可基本交流； Preferred 加分项

  • Experience in pharmaceutical/food-grade hygienic pressure vessel design. 有制药/食品级卫生型压力容器设计经验。
  • Familiarity with FEA (Ansys, etc.). 熟悉有限元分析（Ansys等）。
