PURPOSE
To make sure techpack including Line drawing, Manufacturing Drawings, Packing specs, BOM…delivery ontime with cost effience and best quality for Key account products.
RESPONSIBILITES
1. Manage and Allocation resource
- Manage and allocation the resource to make sure task delivery ontime
- Coat and guide to bring up the skill level of team member
- Take alead to communicate with relate dept to resolve issue
2. Guidance and Review Line drawings
- Meeting with PD team/ designer/ clients.. to decide the material used and construction solution.
- Meeting with Develop engineering to provide clear instruction about material, construction and time line of project
- Review drawings before send to PD to send to clients.
- Manage to update any revision from client
- Provide draft constrction for quick est costing if requested
- Make sure all new develop have been simulated to passed tip test.
- Transfer approved/ revision information to manufacturing drawing team clearly
3. Guidance and review manufacturing drawings including wood, non wood, packing, AI, Jig, Mold, Tools.
- Meeting with Manufacturing engineering team to provide clear instruction to make detail of part, components, JIG drawings. Mold drawings, Tools drawing .. with clear tolerance , BOM, Packing specs, AI..
- Review to make sure about drawings are correct and finish ontime, sign off before send to floor to make protopype or production
- Follow up/ attend review protopype meeting/ PPS meeting from White wood to finishing to make sure protopyte / PPS make follow drawing or and revision need to be updated accordingly
- Attend and sign off FOP ( first of production) to make sure first of production correct
4. Resolve engineering issue at production .
- Manage the team to review, provide solution, capa for any engineering issue at productions
- Manage Production revision team to Ceare ECR and manage to update changes smoothly.
- Make sure all products with standardlization construction
REQUIREMENTS
– Good knowledge of furniture production and the production process
– Proficient in using wood industry software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.
– At least 05 years of experience in same/similar position in the furniture industry
