NOTE- EU-based candidates only.
We are looking for an Engineering Processes & Tools Owner to support the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and data quality across R&D teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Roll out and improve systems engineering, V-model, APQP, Agile, and PLM processes.
• Act as process facilitator, trainer, and key point of contact for engineering teams.
• Ensure high-quality engineering data, process compliance, and tool adoption.
• Support the integration and optimization of tools such as Jira, Jama, Windchill, GitLab, and related systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes and improve day-to-day ways of working.
• Assist with data integration, APIs, and tool connectivity initiatives.
Requirements:
• Understanding of Systems Engineering, V-cycle development, Agile methodologies, and product development processes.
• Experience or strong interest in PLM and engineering management tools.
• Good communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integrations is advantageous.
• Suitable for candidates with approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience who can work independently and support process adoption.
Availability: Preferred 3–4 days per week. Flexible working arrangements available.
