Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the MEP estimation team for tender submissions and pre-contract activities
✅ Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs
✅ Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive tender pricing for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works
✅ Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
✅ Conduct quantity take-offs and verify BOQs
✅ Analyze project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost optimization strategies
✅ Prepare technical and commercial bid proposals in compliance with client requirements
✅ Participate in tender clarification meetings and negotiations with clients and consultants
✅ Maintain an updated cost database and historical project records
✅ Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, and Project Management teams during the tendering process
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
✔ Minimum 10–15 years of UAE/GCC experience in MEP estimation and tendering
✔ Strong experience in estimating high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, healthcare, and infrastructure projects
✔ Excellent knowledge of MEP systems, local market rates, and UAE construction practices
✔ Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and commercial principles
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, estimation software, and ERP systems
✔ Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
