At EFSIM Facilities Management, we are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage end‑to‑end facilities operations across high‑footfall environments, including entertainment‑led facilities with continuous operating hours. The role will oversee hard and soft services, ensuring seamless operations throughout the full cycle of daily activities.
Role Overview
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing complete facilities operations for sites operating across extended hours, supporting smooth transitions between operating cycles. The role requires close coordination with client operations teams to ensure uninterrupted services, safety, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full facilities operations including hard and soft services
• Ensure uninterrupted operations across continuous operating cycles and show schedules
• Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, lighting, fire & life safety, and MEP services
• Coordinate technical maintenance to avoid downtime during live operations
• Manage soft services such as housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and hygiene
• Lead site teams, supervisors, and FM vendors across shifts
• Ensure readiness of facilities before, during, and after peak operating periods
• Monitor service KPIs, budgets, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, statutory regulations, and company policies
• Support audits, inspections, and client performance reviews
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) or Facilities Management
• 7–10 years’ experience in Facilities Management
• Strong experience managing hard services in high‑footfall, customer‑facing environments
• Exposure to facilities supporting entertainment, retail, hospitality, or similar operations
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and service performance
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage extended hours and shift‑based operations
