Our client is one of the nations leading machine manufactures and they are looking to hire multiple Field Service Engineers in all their regional territories across the US-northeast, southeast, midwest, northwest, south and soutwest. They need someone that has 5+ years experience working on 3-5 axis CNC Machines. This is a remote position but requires 50% travel.

Required Skills And Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience with machine installation, maintenance, and repair
- Creating and updating documentation of technical information.
- Develop ongoing and ad-hoc special reports pertaining to Service
- Build strong customer service relationships with customers.
- Advise factory engineers regarding equipment defects, customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvement.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence (PLC) ladder diagrams.
- Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time to customer sites
- Experience working with FANUC or Siemens NX
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or trade school
- Ability to foster long term relationships
Compensation
- $80,000-90,000
- Overtime eligible
