About the role:
This position is responsible for pre-sales and after-sales service of all coding machines, including mainstream products such as ink roller coding machines, thermal transfer coding machines, and laser coding machines. Specific responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Conducting on-site surveys and measurements for end-users, communicating their technical needs, and selecting appropriate products.
- Installing, debugging, and maintaining proprietary coding machines.
- Providing technical training to end-users on proprietary coding machines.
- Compiling technical solution documents for projects.
- Developing work instructions based on client requirements.
- Co-operate with distributors/partners technical teams to deliver good service to end-users.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor degree, major in Mechatronics/Engineering/ Automation.
- >3-4 years of technical experience in industrial equipment, Prior experience in the marking equipment industry is preferred.
- Skillful on MS Office: PPT, Excel, word etc.
- Experienced industrial drawing software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc.) capability.
- Good English skill in oral and written.
- Good interpersonal communication skills, strong logical thinking ability, proactive learning ability, and strong hands-on skills.
- Self-motivated & flexible to travel.
Salary & Commission
- Salary: up to 25mil Gross
- 13th Month salary
