Financial Reporting:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risk, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and financial metric, including identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare financial projections and feasibility studies.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess financial risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage insurance programs and coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls.
Treasury Management:
- Manage cash flow, investment, and debt.
- Negotiate banking relationships and secure financing.
- Optimize working capital and minimize costs.
Financial Systems & Technology:
- Select, implement, and maintain financial software systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security of financial systems.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Cost Control:
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses of new projects and initiatives.
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and vendors.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
