Hamilton MagicFold is the company behind Hamilton by Yoop, an award-winning baby products brand known for pioneering MagicFold stroller technology since 2018. We've served close to half a million families worldwide and continue to expand across ASEAN and global markets. As we launch our Thailand operations, we're looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build and run our Bangkok office from the ground up.
The Role
We're hiring a General Manager / Senior Manager to lead Hamilton's Thailand business — owning commercial strategy, distributor and retail relationships, and day-to-day operations for a small, high-impact team. This is a startup-style, hands-on leadership role: you'll be the face of Hamilton in Thailand, working closely with our Singapore headquarters and regional partners across ASEAN.
This role suits someone who wants ownership from day one, is comfortable operating with limited structure in the early stages, and is excited to build something rather than manage an existing machine.
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow Hamilton's commercial presence in Thailand, including sales, distribution, and retail partnerships
- Build and manage a small team (starting at 3 people), setting the tone for a young, fast-moving office
- Own key relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners in the Thai baby products market
- Represent Hamilton at trade fairs, retailer meetings, and industry events
- Coordinate closely with regional teams across Singapore and other ASEAN markets on pricing, product launches, and market strategy
- Manage local operations — from vendor and office administration to compliance with Thai employment and business regulations
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence to leadership
- Be willing to step outside a fixed job scope in the early stages — in a startup environment, priorities shift and hours can be irregular
What We're Looking For
- Thai nationality required
- 5+ years of experience in the baby products, consumer goods, or related retail/distribution industry, ideally in Thailand
- Existing network and relationships within the Thai baby products or retail industry strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisions without heavy oversight
- Comfortable working in a startup / early-stage environment — adaptable, resourceful, and unfazed by ambiguity or shifting priorities
- Working proficiency in Thai (Native) and English (Intermediate) (written and spoken) for coordination with regional and international teams
- Willingness to work across countries and time zones, with occasional travel
- Strong commercial instincts — comfortable owning sales targets and being measured on results
- Team leadership experience, even with a small team, is a plus

- Base salary: THB 50,000/month
- Performance-based commission and bonus structure tied to sales results
