Job Opening for Head- Civil at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd in the Oil and Gas division at Saudi Arabia(Al Khobar)
Education :B.E/B. Tech – Civil
Experience: 20 + years’ experience in Oil & Gas/ Infrastructure industry.
(Ideal candidate should have work experience in middle east/Saudi Arabia in pipeline industry and should have work experience in stations and buildings construction)
Area of Responsibilities:-
- Understand customer’s expectations & requirement and percolate to subordinates
- Conduct trade and functional training programs for subordinates.
- Motivating and managing site personnel as team leader.
- Ensure adherence to standards established by the company
- Conceptual Planning of the Project
- Planning and Estimation of Site Infrastructure
- Resource Mobilization & its monitoring for effective usage
- Overall administration of the Project.
- Timely submission of monthly bills, labour bills, purchase bills & responsible for preparation and certification of Final Bills and reconciliation of material.
- Responsible to minimize wastage of Construction Material.
- Liaison with Client / Consultants.
- Timely completion of project within the time frame and maintaining quality of Work at all stages as per specifications.
- Preparation of budget, cash-flow and monitoring the expenses
- Monitoring civil works of all projects
