Position: Hybrid Electrical Estimator for Construction

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in estimating, specifically in procurement, contracts, and financial evaluations. You must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other estimating software, along with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with engineers, architects, and contractors. Flexibility in hours and willingness to travel are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimates for labor and materials costs
• Read blueprints to determine project requirements
• Create detailed elemental format estimates
• Advise on tendering procedures and analyze tenders
• Liaise with stakeholders for cost adjustments
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating
• Proficient in MS Excel and estimating packages
• Basic security clearance required
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• College diploma in relevant field preferred
