Your responsibilities will range from statistical analysis and compliance to working closely with various departments. Strong change management is essential as you guide teams in optimizing processes and layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement engineered work standards based on analysis
• Conduct observations and trend analysis for efficiency
• Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide training on labor standards for warehouse staff
• Oversee WMS configuration and layout proposals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or related software
• Willingness to travel up to 90%
