Job Description / Responsibility
Job Context: We are a 100% export oriented Garments Manufacturer, looking for experienced and highly professional persons for the post of "Consultant- Industrial Engineering". The incumbent must be energetic & possess an enthusiastic personality with self-driven competency for taking challenges of leading a highly motivated W/S team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all over IE & W/S activities in all departments through team work.
- Ensure various system implementations to minimize the cost and increase the efficiency of the factory.
- Monitor the productivity and efficiency report.
- Productivity analysis – person should know analyzing the labor productivity of the factory and sewing lines. Estimating line capacity for all new development styles based on garment sketch or samples.
- Analyze all product costs and assist to reduce all negative variance on same and prepare strategies to reduce labor and wastage in all production activities.
- Overall ready to take challenge of enhancing productivity and efficiency in the factory.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Industrial Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
- Skills Required: Industrial Engineering in Woven Garments Production, Industrial Engineering (IE)

- 2 to 3 year(s)
