An AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) engineer work on functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures in collaboration with an engineering team and executive leadership. The contribution of an Ai engineer is using emerging technologies to solve problem in creative ways.
Role and Responsibilities for AOI Engineer
- Assist in the design and build of tools and equipment.
- Complete or assist in the completion of design studies.
- Manage project schedules and budget to meet project requirements.
- Assist with the operation maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Function as a technical specialist or in a lead role.
- Drive product roadmap and initiatives, and participate in technical design.
- Resolve systemic issues providing short, medium and long-term solutions.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in information systems, engineering, computer science or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Collaborator with other team members using leadership, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Good in debugging.
