Launch Engineer
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of seat manufacturing projects
- Preparation and management of production-related changes (change management)
- Tracking and supporting item number changes
- BOM management and audit support
- Implement customer and engineering related changes in Lear tools
- Daily communication with partner areas and headquarters
- Preparing reports to management
Experience Requirements
- University degree.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or launch engineering.
- Proficiency in Hungarian and English or German (written and spoken).
- Computer skills / MS Office
- Previous knowledge of VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949
- Change management experience
- Excellent organizational skills, proactivity
- Confident demeanor, good communication skills
