What the role covers
:
• Supporting and administering LIMS platforms (LabWare, SampleManager, LabVantage, etc.
) • Troubleshooting analytical instruments — HPLCs, GCs, balances, dissolution systems, and mor
e • Integrating lab devices with LIMS/LES/CDS systems and driving automatio
n • Compliance work: GxP, ALCOA+, 21 CFR Part 11, audits, validation documentatio
n • Contributing to lab digitalization — paperless lab, e-logbooks, automated data captur
e
You’ll be a great fit if you have
:✅ Hands-on experience with lab instruments in a GxP settin
g✅ Strong LIMS administration backgroun
d✅ Solid understanding of IT/OT infrastructure for lab system
s✅ SQL skills for LIMS setup and troubleshootin
g✅ Business-level Japanese and English (both are essential for this role
)
Bonus points for scripting (Python/PowerShell), lab automation, or cloud-based lab platform experience

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
