Job Overview
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and reliability of all production equipment and facility systems. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to support stable and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on production machines, equipment, and facility systems, including office areas and general infrastructure.
- Ensure all machinery operates at optimal performance and safety standards.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Conduct routine inspections of factory facilities, including: Production machines; Air conditioning systems; Air compressors; Lighting systems; Water supply systems; Doors, windows, and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Plan and supervise repair, maintenance, and equipment installation activities.
- Provide urgent troubleshooting and repair during production downtime, as well as scheduled maintenance during service periods.
- Lead and coordinate all maintenance-related activities and processes.
- Monitor maintenance performance, track expenses, and manage the maintenance budget.
- Prepare maintenance plans, repair schedules, and cost estimations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- Valid low-voltage electrical operation certificate or Industrial Electrical certification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mechanical or equipment maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
- English (4 skills): intermediate
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
