Candidates having hands on experience in Red Meat/ Beef Production house will get preference
- Manage engineering projects, utilities, equipment installation and facility upgrades.
- Support refrigeration, wastewater, boilers, compressed air and production equipment.
- Ensure engineering standards, safety and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate contractors, budgets, technical documentation and commissioning.
- Scheduling/planning experience in meat processing, slaughterhouse, food manufacturing or FMCG production environment.
Requirements
- Experience: 10 years
- Education: bachelor of science in mechanical engineering
- Skills: meat processing, manufacturing engineering, mechanical skills, production engineering, maintenance engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineer, technical proficiency (cad, matlab, python, etc.), project engineering
