Brunel is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Level 3) to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations at a major energy facility. This role provides frontline leadership to maintenance teams, oversees contractors, and drives continuous improvement across maintenance and reliability activities. You will be responsible for ensuring maintenance work is executed safely, on time, and within budget while removing barriers, optimizing resources, and supporting emergency response readiness.
Key Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and oversee maintenance teams and contractors to support safe, reliable, and profitable operations.
- Remove barriers to ensure maintenance and project activities meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.
- Collaborate closely with Planners and Schedulers to develop resource plans, validate cost estimates, and support work execution.
- Manage maintenance activities within budget, identify efficiencies, and prioritize work based on operational needs.
- Own and manage relationships with Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) and construction service providers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and operations.
- Participate as a member of the Site Emergency Response Team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a closely related maintenance leadership role.
- Extensive experience in operations, maintenance, or reliability within industrial facilities.
