Role Overview:
To manage and oversee all maintenance operations for Alamar’s GCC DP stores and facilities, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and cost-effective performance, reducing operations interruptions, maintain in-store experience for staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all maintenance Activities, planning, resource allocation, and execution for Alamar’s GCC.
- Supervise and manage maintenance teams (including Team leaders and technicians).
- Ensure routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting are performed efficiently.
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and cost controls, spare parts planning.
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Develop and execute annual maintenance contracts, involving all relevant venders.
- Approve and oversee equipment (Ovens, Makelines, HVAC, Signage, etc) calibration required in stores.
- Manage vendors relations and communications to ensure timely delivery and avoid delays.
- Lead emergency response.
- Initiate and coordinate maintenance initiatives that drive efficiency in cost and operations, and in store experience for our staff and employees.
- Ensure all documentation and compliance records are up to date.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor performance and generate regular reports.
- Oversee asset management and documentation.
- Support stores opening, relocations and remodeling.

- Familiarity with F&B (Must)
- Fluent Arabic (Must)
- Currently residing in the UAE (Must)
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in maintenance for F&B QSR in the GCC
- Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in maintenance for F&B QSR in the GCC
- An electro-mechanical engineering background is preferred
Work Location:
- UAE – Head Office with regular coordination and support for stores.
