What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate the technical team to ensure that paint application processes in the field are carried out effectively, meet quality standards, and deliver optimal finishing results for customers
- Problem solving analysis to find root causes and also propose corrective action to ensure acumen solution for customer.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a technical coating inspector (Decorative, Protective Coating, & Marine Coating) or in a similar role within the paint and coatings industry
- Comprehensive technical knowledge with experience managing technical coating for decorative, automotive, protective, and marine coatings
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in coating inspection or quality assurance
- Placement at Head Office Tangerang with mobile working requirements
