Position Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II with 3–5 years of experience to support manufacturing process transfers from external suppliers to an internal production facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with process validation, equipment qualification, manufacturing documentation, and cross-functional project execution in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead manufacturing transfer activities from suppliers to in-house production.
- Support process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and equipment qualification.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation (work instructions, process flows, PFMEA, control plans).
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure successful production launch.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
- Experience with manufacturing transfers, NPI, or supplier-to-site transfers.
- Knowledge of process validation, Lean Manufacturing, and regulated industries (Medical Device, Pharma, Aerospace, etc.).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
