Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Operations
Oversee maintenance of pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and brewing equipment.
Ensure optimal functioning of all mechanical systems in the plant.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Diagnose faults and ensure timely corrective actions.
Installation & Projects
Assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of machinery.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for project execution.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and equipment history.
Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety standards and engineering best practices.
Promote safe handling of machinery and tools.
Job Specification
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, brewery, or process industry.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Teamwork and coordination skills.
