📢 We Are Hiring – Mechanical Site Team Leader | Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Site Team Leader to join our team in the Fertilizer / Petrochemical Industry.
If you have strong expertise in mechanical maintenance, rotating equipment, shutdown planning, and team leadership, this could be an excellent opportunity to advance your career.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities for plant equipment
✅ Lead maintenance of compressors, turbines, boilers, vessels, furnaces, generators, and piping systems
✅ Manage preventive maintenance schedules and major plant shutdowns
✅ Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and improve equipment performance
✅ Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Technical Services, OEMs, and Contractors
✅ Lead and develop engineering teams, with a focus on training and succession planning
🎓 Requirements:
✔️ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
✔️ Minimum 8 years of Mechanical Engineering experience in Fertilizer / Petrochemical Plants
✔️ At least 5 years in a supervisory role
✔️ Strong experience in installation, testing, and maintenance of rotating/static equipment
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
