Title: MEP Engineer

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and oversee maintenance operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems across assigned facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage preventive & corrective maintenance activities
• Supervise technicians, contractors, and service providers
• Monitor HVAC systems, central cooling plants & energy efficiency
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting & fault diagnosis
• Handle CAFM/CMMS operations, work orders & reporting
• Coordinate spare parts, inventory & procurement requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety, technical & regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Building Services
• 5–8 years of MEP maintenance or FM experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & ELV systems
• Experience in CAFM/CMMS systems
• Good communication & reporting skills
Preferred:
• HVAC/MEP Certifications
• Energy Management Certification
• Arabic speaking is an advantage
