Role Description:
We're looking for a driven Middle Data Engineer to help us build trustworthy, scalable data infrastructure as PapaProxy grows. High-quality data is fundamental to how we operate, monitor, and improve our network — and you'll work closely with engineering and product teams to help them solve real data problems.

What you'll do:
Design, build, and own ETL pipelines that turn raw and disparate data sources into clean, reliable datasets
Write efficient, well-structured SQL for extraction, transformation, and reporting
Develop data processing scripts and automation in Python
Improve data quality, consistency, and monitoring across internal systems
Work with engineering and product teams to refine data sources as the platform evolves
Communicate clearly, ask good questions, and collaborate on solving data challenges under real deadlines
What you bring:
2-4 years of experience in a data engineering role, with a focus on pipelines and data modeling
Solid experience with SQL (query optimization, schema design)
Strong Python skills for data processing and automation
Hands-on experience with ETL tools and techniques
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
Fluent English (our working language)
Bonus: experience with infrastructure, networking, or proxy/data-related products
