Skill Check:
- Bac + 5 (Technical Diploma).
- Minimum 2 yeras of experience in molding, overmolding, and plastic materials processing/manufacturing processes.
- Good analysis skills in injection molding process, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple start-up projects.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
- Demonstrated superior communication (written and verbal), teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Perfect command of spoken and written English.
Challenge Check:
- Ensure the validation of the new Equipements (tools; machines;….)
- Provide technical leadership and to process adjusters and other molding staff.
- Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees
- Monitor and report issues with injection molds and provide recommendation and solution.
- Support for the quality issue and customer claims
