Position: Offshore Supervisor for Subsea Operations
Join DOF as an Offshore Supervisor specializing in subsea operations. This role is centered on overseeing critical ROV tasks while ensuring safety and operational efficiency offshore.
DOF, a leader in subsea services, is expanding its team for the 5-Year IRM Offshore Services project. As a key member, you’ll help supervise offshore activities, write essential operational procedures, and create risk assessments. The position also involves onshore responsibilities during standby periods to optimize projects and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop procedures for offshore ROV and survey operations
• Write and manage mobilization and work plans
• Lead risk assessments and toolbox talks for teams
• Review offshore documentation and procedures
• Witness site integration and tooling tests as directed
Requirements:
• Supervisory experience in subsea environments
• Understanding of offshore operations and engineering concepts
• Technical degree preferred, but not mandatory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Lift plan development experience considered an asset
