Work Schedule

Location: Brooklyn, NY (On-Site)

Hours:

Monday – Friday

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

*We’re hiring both, Junior and Associate Packaging Designers*

Junior Packaging Designer

Responsibilities

  • Design primary, secondary, and promotional packaging from concept through production.
  • Create retail mockups.
  • Develop production-ready artwork and packaging layouts.
  • Create and modify package die lines.
  • Research packaging trends, materials, and finishes.
  • Manage multiple packaging projects while maintaining deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field with a strong packaging focus, OR equivalent professional packaging design experience.
  • 1–3 years of packaging design experience preferred.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.
  • Experience creating production-ready artwork and die lines.
  • Understanding of print production and packaging materials.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing packaging work required.

AND / OR

Associate Packaging Designer

Responsibilities

  • Lead packaging projects from concept through production.
  • Design innovative packaging across multiple consumer brands and product categories.
  • Create complete production-ready artwork, die lines, and print files.
  • Develop cohesive packaging systems for new product launches.
  • Present concepts and mockups.
  • Review production proofs.
  • Research packaging trends, materials, finishes, and structural innovations.
  • Mentor junior team members and help maintain brand consistency across product lines.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field with a strong packaging focus, OR equivalent professional packaging design experience.
  • 3+ years of professional packaging design experience.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.
  • Strong knowledge of print production, die lines, packaging materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously.
  • Portfolio demonstrating consumer packaging design required.
