Hours:
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Junior Packaging Designer
Responsibilities
- Design primary, secondary, and promotional packaging from concept through production.
- Create retail mockups.
- Develop production-ready artwork and packaging layouts.
- Create and modify package die lines.
- Research packaging trends, materials, and finishes.
- Manage multiple packaging projects while maintaining deadlines.
Qualifications
- Degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field with a strong packaging focus, OR equivalent professional packaging design experience.
- 1–3 years of packaging design experience preferred.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Experience creating production-ready artwork and die lines.
- Understanding of print production and packaging materials.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Portfolio showcasing packaging work required.
AND / OR
Associate Packaging Designer
Responsibilities
- Lead packaging projects from concept through production.
- Design innovative packaging across multiple consumer brands and product categories.
- Create complete production-ready artwork, die lines, and print files.
- Develop cohesive packaging systems for new product launches.
- Present concepts and mockups.
- Review production proofs.
- Research packaging trends, materials, finishes, and structural innovations.
- Mentor junior team members and help maintain brand consistency across product lines.
Qualifications
- Degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field with a strong packaging focus, OR equivalent professional packaging design experience.
- 3+ years of professional packaging design experience.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Strong knowledge of print production, die lines, packaging materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio demonstrating consumer packaging design required.
