Profile Details:
Position: Planning Manager
Project Nature: Data Center (Industrial Building) – EPC Project
Project Location: Palava / Airoli – Navi Mumbai
Qualification: B.E Civil or Post Graduation
Software: (MSP/P6)
Experience: 08 to 20 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update the Master Project Schedule using tools such as MS Project / Primavera (P6).
- Prepare baseline schedules, resource plans, procurement schedules, and cash flow projections.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress; prepare progress reports and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with site teams, project managers, procurement, engineering, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and bottlenecks; propose mitigation plans proactively.
- Oversee planning and forecasting for manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontracted works.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, cost parameters, and contractual requirements.
- Support the management team with MIS reports, dashboards, and planning insights for decision-making.
- Participate in client meetings, planning reviews, and progress discussions.
- Assist in tender planning, project budgeting, and preparation of technical proposals when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Project Management is an added advantage.
- 08 -20 years of experience in EPC Civil Building Construction Projects.
- Strong expertise in MS Project/Primavera P6 for scheduling and planning.
- Good understanding of civil engineering construction methods, resource planning, and cost control.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to lead the planning function independently and manage multiple project interfaces.
