The Opportunity
We are seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager – Project Delivery to take ownership of end‑to‑end procurement and supply chain execution across our project and product portfolios. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role critical to ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and strong supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities
Project Procurement, Delivery & Cost Control
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned to project schedules and budgets
- Issue purchase orders and downstream supplier contracts within approved project budgets
- Lead supplier negotiations to achieve best value across cost, quality and delivery
- Monitor and control project spend, forecasts and variances
- Track project progress and proactively manage risks, delays and constraints
- Ensure close coordination between engineering, procurement and logistics
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Manage key supplier and subcontractor relationships
- Monitor supplier performance and contractual compliance
- Resolve procurement, delivery and performance issues proactively
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across commercial, engineering, logistics and finance
Contractual & Commercial Alignment
- Ensure strong back‑to‑back alignment between upstream customer and downstream supplier contracts
- Support contract negotiations and variations from a procurement and supply chain perspective
- Ensure compliance with warranties, liabilities, delivery obligations and commercial terms
Monitoring & Reporting
- Prepare accurate monthly project cost and procurement reports
- Provide weekly visibility on procurement planning, risks and mitigation plans
- Maintain high standards of governance, documentation and audit readiness
About You
You are a driven, persistent and detail‑oriented procurement professional who thrives in a high‑execution environment.
You will bring:
- Strong end‑to‑end procurement and supply chain experience, within project‑based environments
- Excellent administrative and commercial attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage supplier performance and contractual compliance
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Confidence working autonomously in a small, fast‑moving business
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and CRM systems
- Appreciation for working across time zones and international suppliers
This role is best suited to someone who is accountable and willing to take full ownership of outcomes.
