Job Summary:
Procurement Supervisor will lead the team in managing daily procurement and clearance activities, ensuring the effective execution of procurement processes and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily procurement activities for assigned categories
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes in line with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate commercial terms
- Support cost optimization initiatives and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Analyze procurement data, spending trends, and market insights to support strategic decisions
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to meet business requirements
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and financial procedures
Experience & Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 4–6 years of relevant procurement experience
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of local and international procurement practice
- Experience in supplier management, contract administration, and negotiation
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skill
