🎯 Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production and manufacturing operations
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet targets and deadlines
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards
- Lead and supervise production teams and shift operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality teams
- Track KPIs and prepare operational reports
✅ Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, production management, or plant operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (office/plant as required)
- Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore
- Fluent in English
🌟 Nice to Have
- Experience in industrial, FMCG, or high-volume manufacturing environments
- Lean / Six Sigma certification
- Familiarity with ERP or production management systems
- Knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards
- Engineering or technical background
